Business Plan Committee Meeting - Aug 13

SMC/MCTV15 Business Plan Prioritization Meeting (8/13/2008 at 2:00pm

Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is to review the Goals, Objectives and Activities in the SMC/MCTV15 business plan that target increasing revenue and prioritize the objectives and their respective activities in a way that gives the Executive Director specific ideas and direction so that that she will be successful in her meeting her commitments.

Agenda:
1. Review the agenda and make adjustments if needed. (5 minutes)
2. Identify and review objectives that target increasing Revenue. (5 minutes)
3. Discuss any new activity ideas that may have surfaced since the last time we discussed them. (10 minutes)
4. Discuss and Prioritize the activities (30 minutes)
5. Discuss and List next steps. (10 minutes)

Preparation:
