- Assist operations manager and program director with workflow and planning.

- Training for staff and volunteers in basic video production techniques.
- Mentoring with Non-Linear Editing (NLE) system use.
- A new cablecast bulletin board system to replace 'Big Blue'
- Design a new cablecast video serving system from inexpensive off-the-self parts and some custom programming.

John--Jean Nels of Mt. Shasta Elementary and I spoke, again, about the taping of their musical Americans All on February 12th. She said that the teachers had written letters to the parents to ask for any volunteers to step forward to do the taping. So far, no one has expressed any interest. So, my question is, especially since this seems to be coming up more often recently, if some of the new volunteers would be interested in doing this (i.e., Rick Satchell and Kathleen Blevins), could you work with them--and me--to get them up to speed. I don't know at this point how to determine what they know/need to know to be able to do this on their own. I realize our first class is the 11th, but Kathleen may not be able to attend. We've also been asked to tape the opening event for the Season for Non-Violence on Friday the 30th. I've already asked Rick and Kathleen if they'd be interested--and they are! They're both planning on REAL TV this Wednesday.

Judith,
I only unplugged the monitor. The vcr's are still connected just as you used them. I would recommend waiting until Wednesday as there is some problems that need to be resolved after the machines are power on. I would like to be around to assist fixing these problems. Once they are setup, I will write a step-by-step on how to dub tapes. Until then it's going to be tricky.

John, in thinking I was changing the press release, I apparently was editing the Left Menu. I hope I didn't mess anything up too much. But at least I'm trying.

We visited the general discussion area anssd saw several e-mails that went out today to "allmctv or board members. did you put hose on to general discussion, or will out e-mails addressed to board members automatically go there? ( i assume that would be the ultimate goal to get us on the same page, so to speak)

You asked for feedback about what works and what doesn't. How come my name is not BLUE wherever it appears? Neva and I are going on a test drive and finding stuff that isn't consistent. No criticism here, it is AWESOME what you have created, but if we are to be wiki wonders, we feel obligated to let you know what we find.

- The simple answer is you used a space between Audra and Gibson. Got Wiki recognises reference like JoinCapitalizedWords at special links to a different page. Many of the comments forms are open for the public to use. Got Wiki will check the name entered against the registered user list. If found you will be challenged for a username and password. Otherwise, it will use the name as entered.
