| Minutes SMC Annual Board Meeting MCTV 15 Studio, COS February 2, 2010 Meeting was called to order by President Messer at 9:10 AM Board Members Present: Crow, Dillmann, Messer Absent: Cory Minutes of February 3, 2009 had been approved a the Board’s regular meeting in March 2009 Public Comment: None Annual Meeting Business of the Board Set number of board members for coming year, Feb. 2010 – Feb. 2011: Dillmann moved to leave the number at 7. Crow seconded. Motion carried. Board member appointments and terms: Dillmann moved to appoint Crow and Messer to a three year term, ending in 2013. Crow seconded. Motion carried. Election of board officers: Nominating Committee recommended Messer for President and Dillmann for Sec/ Treas. There were no recommendations from the floor. Crow moved approval of the Nominating Committee’s recommendations, Dillmann seconded. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 9:40 AM Respectfully Submitted by Barbara Dillmann Approved 3/2/10 |
